Absolutely 💯% loved Dawn's place of paradise A few hick-ups along the way, but everything worked out I have already started recommending friends, family, and strangers about this fabulous place.
My favorite was listening to the sounds of the waves while relaxing in the pool, to the Convenience, convenience, conenience of everything around you.... I was in love with Mexico 🇲🇽 now I have fallen harder for Isla Mujeres. I can see our retirement a little clearer now, thanks to Dawn Till next time Sara and Rick 🇨🇦

Excellent property, couldn’t be better!!!! Central location, walking distance to Playa Norte, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But best of all is 2 things: (1) owners fix any issues within minutes; and (2) this is absolutely the most well-stocked VRBO property I have ever stayed at.
Many VRBO properties require you to purchase your own base level supplies, such as trash bags, salt and pepper, olive oil for cooking, etc. however, this property comes fully stocked, with sandwich bags, salt and pepper and other base level spices, cooking supplies, pool towels, beach towels, shower towels, etc. this is without a doubt the best VRBO property I have ever stayed at.

Wonderful Place! This place is awesome! Just like the photos. This was our 3rd visit to Isla Mujeres and this was the perfect location right on the Malecon with the ocean right off the deck with the pool; just paradise! Can walk anywhere downtown and easy cab trip or rent a golf cart to explore the rest of the island.
The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook but with so many great restaurants we didn't need to use it as much as I thought we would! We stayed "home" quite a bit and never tired of the pool and view of the ocean (the sunrises are gorgeous). The place is spotless and they even supply laundry detergent for the washer. The house is secure and we always felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place to stay, for both small and large groups! The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking and the property is located within a very short walking distance to the downtown area with great shopping and restaurants, and the beach, and a short golf cart ride away from the south end of the island!
Dawn and Tom were amazing hosts, friendly, accommodating, easy to communicate with, and had great recommendations! I would highly recommend this space to anyone traveling to the island and we will absolutely be returning as soon as we can!
